Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.
